After watching the Rifftrax of Cool as Ice, I became curious about just HOW MANY montages there were in this cinematic masterwork. So I analyzed the montages in the movie. Here they are, with time-stamps and length:

-hanging out at the house: 11:13 – 12:44 (1:31)
-insane “Kat’s house” montage: 15:20-15:55 (:35)
-Vanilla performing at the Sugar Shack 29:07-31:47 (2:40)
-Kat can’t sleep mini montage 39:45-40:05 (:20)
-happy date montage 43:00 -49:19 (6:19)
-Ice is mad at Kat for dumping him and rides his bike. 58:32-1:00:17 (1:35)
-random things are happening while Ice goes riding with Tommy: 1:01:19-1:02:20 (1:01)
-Kat is sad/ Vanilla is sad montage: 1:06:00-1:08:06 (2:06)

That adds up to 1501 seconds (25 minutes). The entire movie is 1:23:30. (5010 seconds) (not including the credits).
So montage is 29.96% of the entire pre-credits movie.
